Neighbors was founded in 2018 by Theo Kwan, a born and raised Las Vegas local. After finishing school in NYC, he was inspired by the amazing food, cultures and experiences he had while living in the big city and wanted to bring a taste of what he learned back home. His mission was to create a space where people could gather together and experience community around the table.
